Is modern ui support for ?

Sure, you can use VB.NET to build mui apps. You can't use the VisualStudio templates (they only exist for C#), but you can manually create an app.

Adding VB.NET support is in the issue tracker.

You need to create a WPF Application in VB.Net. Then follow the instruction at "My first Modern UI app". The instruction is mostly about xaml so you can do it the same way in your VB.Net project. The only C# thing is:
using FirstFloor.ModernUI.Windows.Controls;
public partial class MainWindow : ModernWindow {  ..  }
The equivalent in is
Imports FirstFloor.ModernUI.Windows.Controls

Public Partial Class MainWindow
Inherits ModernWindow
Google "C# VB converter" you'll find a couple of converters if you need.

I hate when I have to annoy someone, but dude, believe me, I am doing everything as the instructions.

When I am gonna add this <mui:ModernWindow I got this error

Error 1 The name "ModernWindow" does not exist in the namespace "". C:\Users\GigaC\AppData\Local\Temporary Projects\WpfApplication2\MainWindow.xaml 1 1 WpfApplication2

I want to use this please some help me, someone must have use this thing at VB.NET

Check if you did the following:
  • download FirstFloor.ModernUI.dll (versin 1.0.5) and add a refrence to it in your VB project
  • add a line for mui in xaml. something like this (note the 4th line):
<mui:ModernWindow x:Class="MainWindow"

Here is my result and code

I guess you didn't add reference to FirstFloor.ModernUI.dll

To add a reference, go to menu Project -> [Your project name] Properties... -> References -> Add.. -> Browse...

Here is link from my project. Check it out.
In the project I included the FirstFloor.ModernUI.dll and Microsoft.Windows.Shell.dll but I didn't include them in the zip file. I guess thats not a problem. Thank you in advance.

I changed your Application.xaml to the code below and it worked. You forgot to add Modern UI resources in there.
<Application x:Class="Application"
                <ResourceDictionary Source="/FirstFloor.ModernUI;component/Assets/ModernUI.xaml" />
                <ResourceDictionary Source="/FirstFloor.ModernUI;component/Assets/ModernUI.Light.xaml"/>
