MUI:Link from a database

I am new to WPF, and i like the way Modern UI works, am trying to create a simple software with it,
but i will need to use sql or exactly SDF compact database,
and i wonder if i can use "ListPage" "layout= list" that link will be pushed from database.
i hope that will be possible

I could make it to retrieve data to a listview on a separate page but how cam I make this data to be a clickable link to open in listpageview ?
is that possible ?
