Hi
I'm really new to using M:ui so please forgive a basic question.

I can set the size of the main window just fine but how do I get it to open in maximised form so it fills the screen please?
Cheers

That's not a speacial MUI question...

You can set the WindowState:
    Window window = new Window();
    window.WindowStartupLocation = WindowStartupLocation.CenterScreen;
    window.WindowState = WindowState.Maximized;
    window.Show();
in XAML:
<mui:ModernWindow

    xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/winfx/2006/xaml/presentation"
    xmlns:x="http://schemas.microsoft.com/winfx/2006/xaml"
...
    WindowState="Maximized">
