enable and disable links on main window

Hello,
I'm really new to this project.
I would like to enable some links in the main window after doing log in function.
My main window have a source to home.xaml which is also the log in page directly
<mui:ModernWindow x:Class="ModernUINavigationApp1.MainWindow"
        xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/winfx/2006/xaml/presentation"
        xmlns:x="http://schemas.microsoft.com/winfx/2006/xaml"
        xmlns:mui="http://firstfloorsoftware.com/ModernUI"
        Title="mui" IsTitleVisible="True"
        ContentSource="/Pages/Home.xaml">

    <mui:ModernWindow.MenuLinkGroups>
        <mui:LinkGroup DisplayName="Welcome">
            <mui:LinkGroup.Links>
                <mui:Link DisplayName="Log In" Source="/Pages/Home.xaml" />
            </mui:LinkGroup.Links>
        </mui:LinkGroup>
and In home.xaml I have a button to trigger the event which implemented like this:
public partial class Home : UserControl
    {
        public Home()
        {
            InitializeComponent();
        }

        private void LogInClick(object sender, RoutedEventArgs e)
        {
              if(Loged in){
                   // add remove this link and add more links to the main window
              }
         ////
        }

......
as you seen in the code, at first the main window will have only one link which is the log-in one;
my question is how to add more links to main window and disable the old one from main window?

or is there better approach of doing log-in function to enable other pages later ?

thank you for helps in advance :D
