Recent update remove AccentColorLight? Why? I thought windows 8 uses 2 tone for tile.

AccentColorLight no longer exists to simplify custom theme development. Do you need it?

i design my app based on microsoft recommendation on this page http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/apps/hh700403. as you can see from the tile image, its 2 tone. it would be nice if it implemented officially in modern ui. thanks.

mui itself doesn't require AccentColorLight. But that shouldn't stop you from adding your own resources. Or do you have a compelling reason AccentColorLight must be provide by mui?

i can manage to add accentcolorligth manually. i just thought that since microsoft example uses 2 tone color, i believe it would be helpful for others that want to achieve microsoft like effect with minimal effort. that said, it wasnt 'must', just 'nice to have'.

thanks.
